How to prep
1.Choose a wellbeing issue that can sustain genuine critical evaluation across multiple perspectives—not a topic where one viewpoint dominates. Test it early by asking: 'Can I defend at least two genuinely different angles on this issue?'
2.Integrate the mandated strategy document as evidence for your argument, not as a separate section. Don't treat it as a context document to describe—use it to support or challenge your claims.
3.Build your argument around 2–3 carefully selected theories or concepts (not six), and return to them repeatedly as analytical lenses. Breadth without depth weakens analysis.
4.Ground every major claim in specific, up-to-date evidence—especially NZ-based research, data, or your own primary evidence (surveys, interviews, observations). Avoid relying on personal reflection alone.
