This assessment asks you to have a real conversation in Gagana Sāmoa where you can share information and respond to what someone else says. You'll be talking about things that matter to you—your life, events, experiences—in an unrehearsed chat (not reading from a script). The conversation should cover things happening now, in the past, or in the future, and examiners will focus on whether you can communicate your message overall, even if you make some mistakes along the way.
What to do, grades and common mistakes
- ·Use real Gagana Sāmoa language naturally in a conversation you haven't memorised or practised word-for-word
- ·Talk about your own life, experiences, and events—both what's happening now and what happened before or might happen later
