This achievement standard asks you to identify and explain the main features of relationships (whanaungatanga) and how they connect to wellbeing and health. You need to recognise key Māori values and concepts like whānau, aroha, manaakitanga, and wairua, and show how strong relationships support physical, mental, and spiritual health. The standard also wants you to understand how these relationship values have worked in the past and continue today.
