This standard asks you to examine how art theories (like Feminism, Marxism, or Psychoanalysis) are connected to actual artworks. You'll explain the key ideas from a theory and show how those ideas appear—or don't appear—in specific paintings, sculptures, photographs, or other visual works. It's about building a clear argument that links theory to evidence in the art itself.
