You need to create a portfolio of sculpture work that shows you can use the techniques and methods that real sculptors use, while also developing and improving your own artistic ideas throughout the process. This means planning a clear project, researching how other sculptors work, creating original pieces, and refining your ideas as you go so your final work is more complex and thoughtful than what you started with.
