You need to identify a real well-being problem in your school or community, create and carry out a plan to fix it, then evaluate whether your action actually worked. This is about doing something practical to help improve people's health and well-being, not just writing about it.
What to do, grades and common mistakes
- ·Identify a specific well-being issue that affects people (like mental health, nutrition, stress, physical safety, or sexuality education topics) in your school or local community
- ·Develop a workable plan with clear, measurable goals (SMART goals) that directly address the issue you identified
- ·Actually implement or carry out the action or plan you've designed
- ·Evaluate how well your action worked by reflecting on what happened during implementation and whether it improved well-being
- ·Gather evidence to support your evaluation (feedback from people involved, observations, data, or other proof)
You identify an issue, create a basic workable plan with SMART goals, implement it, and reflect on whether it worked.
You develop a detailed plan clearly linked to the specific issue, implement it, and evaluate its effect on well-being using evidence to back up your findings.
