Examine the implementation and outcome(s) of a physical activity event or opportunity
Study with Coach
Save your actual school result to count your credits.
You need to examine a real physical activity event or opportunity that either you ran or participated in — looking at how it was planned and run, what actually happened, and whether it achieved what it set out to do. You'll compare what was supposed to happen with what actually happened, and explain the connection between them.
What to do, grades and common mistakes
- ·Describe how the event was planned and what it aimed to achieve (the intended outcomes)
- ·Explain what actually happened during the event and what was actually achieved (the actual outcomes)
- ·Show the connection between the plan and the results — did it do what it was supposed to do?
- ·Use evidence to support your explanations, such as photos, personal observations, or feedback from people who participated
- ·Analyse any differences between what was planned and what actually happened, and explain why those differences occurred
You explain the planning and intended aims, describe what actually happened, and make a basic connection between the two.
You give thorough explanations of the planning, outcomes, and how they connect to the original aims, supported by specific evidence like photos or participant feedback.
